Refund policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to health and safety regulations.
If you receive a faulty product please ensure the bag remains sealed and contact us by email within 5 working days of delivery. Upon agreement the item will then need to be returned within 14 working days of delivery. An exchange will then be issued. 

We are not liable for the cost of postage.

We deliver sweetness worldwide! All orders will be processed and shipped within three working days. 

All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail or Hermes Mail.
